Speak at a Town Council meeting. Speaking at a Town Council meeting can have the most impact. Your comments can be brief and to the point – even a few sentences is fine, and brevity is appreciated. Your comments can also be detailed and elaborate, provided you respect the 3-minute limit.
You can find the next Town Council meeting on the Town website’s calendar or agenda page. If you want to address a specific item on the agenda, wait until that agenda item is reached. There will be an opportunity for public comment after the Town Council members ask their questions. If you want to make a comment about an issues that is not on the agenda, your opportunity to do so will come at the beginning of the meeting.
